Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start!
No. We encourage clients to do cardio and stretching outside of our gym in whatever way you are comfortable. We have machines for warm-ups before your session if you want to come 10 minutes early.
It all depends on you. Results depends on the time and effort you put in! It is not about the weight numbers as much as the focus, timing, form and consistency.

Monday to Saturday approximately 5AM to 1PM. Except Tuesdays.
Tuesdays about noon to 5PM.
